On assignment to international owner, consultant, contractor and subcontractor organisations; provided quantity surveying, commercial, contract, claims and dispute services on:

• Luxury residential and mixed-use developments, provincial (state) school redevelopment program, large shopping centres, defence, sports and leisure facilities in South Africa;

​

• Infrastructure project in Europe, comprising  twin tunnels forming a two-lane dual carriage way including a new bridge, new junction, underpass facilities and associated road and rail works;​

​

• New airport project in Qatar, comprising land reclamation and external works, new terminal and runway facilities; and both brownfield and greenfield oil refinery and petrochemical projects in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia;

​

• New floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) facility in South Korea;

 

• Supported the lead quantum expert on ​arbitral proceedings relating to non-process infrastructure on a liquified natural gas project in Western Australia, and in expert conferrals for litigation proceedings on a magnetite iron ore mine project in Western Australia;

​

• Produced independent quantum expert reports for statutory adjudication applications, on a hospital project in Western Australia;

​

• Conducted Independent quantum assessment of engineering consultant’s claim for additional cost on a major hospital high voltage upgrade project in Central Queensland, Australia; and

​

• Facilitated risk management workshops for power and mining projects in Western Australia. Undertook quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation in @Risk software. Produced senior management level reports for decision making.
